If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund it (non tobacco items only) within 7 days of purchase. Where a product is faulty, or becomes faulty within 28 days of purchasing, we will offer a replacement or refund. If an item is bought incorrectly, or is not faulty we will charge a 5% re-stocking charge and shipping charges will not be refunded.
If Parcels are refused or returned to sender, the cost of the return postage will also be deducted. This will be no more than the postage originally paid.
Please contact us before sending any item back as we will not accept any product without our consent.
